To Order
Each item
on my web site has a unique item number. Add each item to
the shopping cart. If you are only ordering patterns, you
can pay upon checkout using Paypal. If you are ordering
jewelry or any other one of a
kind items the shopping cart will send me an
email with a list of which items you would like to buy and I
will respond shortly regarding their availability.
If you are
a California resident, send me
your resell number if
applicable.
My available jewelry is
also on display in my home and I
am happy to set up a time with
anyone who would like to see
it. You can
contact me to set up a time.
Availability of Items
With the exception of the patterns, most items for sale on
my web site are one-of-a kind items. If you are
interested in something that has
been marked as "sold" or is
listed in my gallery pages, I
may be able to make a similar
item for you, but be advised
that as every item is handmade
it will never be exactly the
same as the items that has sold. "Sale Pending" means
that I have received an email from someone that they wish to
buy the item, but I haven't received payment yet. These do
occasionally fall through, so if you are interested in an
item marked "sale pending" please let me know. Due to
some recent problems, payment needs to be received within 14
days. Otherwise, I'll put the item back up for sale.
Payment Methods:
I accept checks,
money orders and
Paypal payments.
I hold checks just
until they clear the
bank.
Shipping Information:
Jewlery,
patterns, lampwork beads and
other one-of-a-kind items are
shipped US Postal Service
First Class Mail within 3 business
days. Insurance is
optional.
Please let me know
if you need expedited shipping.
Return Policy:
I want
everyone to be happy with
everything they buy on my site.
Satisfaction is guaranteed - you
can return any item except a
pattern for the cost of the item
if you are not completely
satisfied. Notify me if you are
returning an item within 48
hours. When the item arrives in
the same condition it was sent
to you, I will promptly refund
the cost less shipping, bank or
credit card charge fees that I
have paid.
For obvious reasons, patterns
may not be returned.
